ANTI-BULLYING POLICY — {{School Name}}

1. DEFINITION: Bullying is repeated, intentional aggressive behaviour that involves a power imbalance — physical, verbal, social, or cyber.

2. ZERO TOLERANCE: {{School}} does not tolerate any form of bullying, including cyberbullying, ragging, or discrimination.

3. REPORTING
- Any incident should be reported to the class teacher or counsellor within 24 hours.
- Confidential complaint boxes are placed at 3 locations.
- Anonymous digital reporting via parent app.

4. INVESTIGATION
- Anti-Bullying Committee investigates within 3 working days.
- Victims and witnesses interviewed separately.
- Parents of all involved informed.

5. CONSEQUENCES (in graduated order)
- Counselling & warning
- Written apology + parent conference
- Suspension (1-7 days)
- Rustication (severe cases, with school board approval)

6. SUPPORT
- Counselling for both victim and perpetrator
- Follow-up check-ins for 30 days

7. TRAINING
- Annual anti-bullying workshops for all students, staff, and parents.
