1. Withdrawal within 15 days of admission: 90% refund minus registration fee.
2. Withdrawal before Term 1 begins: 75% refund of tuition; transport/uniform non-refundable.
3. Withdrawal after Term 1 begins: No refund of Term 1; 50% refund of Term 2 and Term 3 if written notice given 30 days prior.
4. Board Class students (X, XII): No refund after October 31.
5. Scholarship students: Refund pro-rated to actual paid amount.
6. Refunds processed within 30 working days via bank transfer.
7. Original fee receipts must be surrendered for refund processing.
